Watch: Glenn Phillips takes a Blinder to dismiss Devon Thomas in CPL 2019

New Zealand Cricketer and Wicket Keeper Glenn Philips, who is currently playing for Jamaica Tallawahs in the ongoing Caribbean Premier League have taken a blinder to dismiss Devon Thomas.

The match between St Kitts and Nevis Patriots and Jamaica Tallawahs turned out into high scoring CPL game, which also included a thunder ton from Chris Gayle also.

Chasing a target of 242  set by Jamaica Tallawahs, the Patriots’ opener Devon Thomas (71 off 40) and Evin Lewis had taken the team to a total of 176/2 and looked dangerous.

It all happened in the first delivery of the 14th over, bowled by Oshane Thomas, saw a spectacular catch from Phillips. The delivery was full in length and angling in towards the batsman, as he made some room to go over covers but instead got an outside edge, and Phillips behind the stumps took no time to move towards the leg side and leap to his right to grab a one-handed beauty. I guess he can now be called Glenn “Superman” Phillips.

However, Tallawahs bad luck, the hosts have chased down the huge target of 242 by their blistering batting lineup.
