Sri Lanka had lost their first T20I match of the series with Australia at the Adelaide oval and to win the series they’ve need to win the second T20I match for sure.
After winning the toss and electing to bat first at The Gabba, Brisbane, Sri Lanka lost their opening batsman Kusal Mendis just for 2 runs of 6 balls.
Danushka Gunathika, who has opened the innings with Kusal Mendis has opted to play a scope shot and made it go over the boundary line and relived the pressure and he has picked it on the 5th delivery of 4th over bowled by Billy Stanlake.
The scope shot played by Gunathilka resembles to the Former legendary Sri Lankan Cricketer Tilkaratne Dilshan, sometimes even people also called scope shot has Dilshan’s Scope by remembering the eye-catching scopes he used to play in his prime days. Gunathilka Scored 21 runs of 22 balls in the match.
