RCB Creates history by appointing Navnita Gautam in their support staff as a massage therapist


Royal Challengers Bangalore has been playing the IPL since the first edition with numerous talented world-class cricketers, also currently Virat Kohli is the captain of the side and he is considered the number one Batsman in the world at the moment by many Cricketers and not less his records are always proving that.

Also, many Famous Cricketers played to this side best examples are Chris Gayle, AB DE Villiers, Daniel Vettori, Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble and etc, despite having this kind of legends RCB has not yet managed to win their first IPL Trophy.

However, even without winning a single trophy RCB is considered as one of the top fan loving teams in IPL because of their entertaining innings and team has been encouraging campaigns and initiatives like Go Green and mixed-gender cricket.

Now, RCB came up with a historical decision, according to the press release from RCB Management they’re going to be the first side ever in the IPL to appoint a woman in their support staff as a massage therapist.

Navnita Gautam has been hired as a Sports Massage therapist. She will be working with Evan Speechly, the Head Physiotherapist and Shanker Basu, Strength & Conditioning Coach to identify, evaluate, provide guidance and implement massage therapy to suit the team and any relevant prevailing conditions.
